Roy is certified as a Real Estate Instructor & Administrator for Cascade Real Estate School. Roy is also a member of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA)®, the North West Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS)® and the Nation Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM)® and serves as a Board Director, Executive Committee Member for The Tacoma Pierce County Association of Realtors® (TPCAR), Chairperson of Pierce County Housing Authorities “Section 8 Home Buyers Program”. Roy has been associated with the Real Estate business for over 27 years, as an Investor, Craftsperson and Realtor®. Roy worked as a licensed Journeyman Electrician in the Puget Sound area for many years. |
